Electric memory seat are a must in my view, absolutely hate if my seat position changes. My wife never drives my car but even when it goes for service or anything someone will move the seat and having memory gets it straight back to place.
Taking over the lease on the 640d sounds a great option, a current model car, great pace and economy and cheapish monthlies.
