I haven't had a full service performed yet on my car, but I can speak very highly of the service advisers (Jeremy and Keith) at Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH. I've met them both and spoken at length to them about N54 engines, etc, and both are very knowledgeable.
I'm looking forward to my first service experience with them later this year. Nashua is really not far from Boston, and you can save some $$ on sales tax too
