Maco is charged by most if not all dealers I have dealt with...it varies by market..like the Maco fee in LA and SF are bigger than Fargo, North Dakota.
I have no idea why they are charging $249 for doc fees...it is probably trying to pay for the finance managers salary since he isnt selling permaplate or undercarriage protectant, or window etching any more.. I think you could negotiate at least a $100 of that..and make sure they throw in the crappy carpet mats...and NO..they are NOT worth $100 in my book..they are worth about $19.
