Just wondering what the costs will be.. My dad imported his x5 about 2 years ago.. He had to pay $500 to bmw for a recall letter + tax at the border.

I read a little while ago now you have to purchase a $350 + $500 letter from bmw.. Does this still apply?

Besides the DRLs what will I have to change?
