If they will not let you run the test yourself make a block to keep the car out of kick down at WOT. It will screw the test up if you can't get 100% throttle at WOT without hitting kick down.
I think with a normal spread between a Mustang (lower) & Dynojet (higher) you have more power to be had for your baseline. I would be looking for 295whp peak & 340ftlb starting at 3K RPM.
