I don't know why e90 N55 owners would need to wait for an F30-based factory tune. The factory power kit is already out there for us with similar power numbers. What am I missing here

It is too bad for anyone looking to do this now as Paul Miller did indeed just jack up the price in their eBay store by $200
! I guess they finally figured out that they were selling it way lower than anyone else. It is a fantastic deal at $650ish installed but once you get into that $800 range other options begin to look more and more tempting (Cobb for example). I enjoy my PPK but I don't think I would do it at the current pricing.
