Err.. I don't know why some of you are so thrilled about them going to jail.
America has some of the highest incarceration rates per capita worldwide.
So why should tax-payer dollars be spent to provide someone free accomodation for 3 years, after they attempt insurance fraud.
Jail should be reserved for those who are a danger to society and need rehabiliation.
The legal system today is a joke.
