Yea, he really should be able to tell you exactly where your car is.
The way it went down with my dealer, was that the car has actually been there for a few days. It is in their storage facilty nearby. My CA said that we needed to wait for insurance and registration stuff before I could pick up the car. Maybe they are buying time at your place?

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to hang in there but getting more impatient by the hour. The worst part is that I am really not sure what is going on and my CA hasn't told me anything specific. I may try to go around him and talk to someone else at the dealership if I don't get an answer soon.
I'll definitely post some pics when I get the car and the weather clears up around here.
