what I would've done is sped up when she crossed the double yellow so she couldn't cut in... just to piss her off.. and then once she backed down, I would slow down and leave a huge gap between me and the car in front, and if she tried it again, I would speed up again and close the gap... keep doing it, eventually they get annoyed.
