On the subject of lifting, surely these cars should be fitted with a sensor.

But anyway, unless the snow covered the tracks and it was stolen earlier on, they could have used a jammer to prevent you remote locking it, nipped inside the cab, plugged in a device and programmed the key. Followed you home and just opened it with a blank key and drove it off.

Mind you i would have thought run flats in the snow would have been more effective than the alarm.
