Its because it was the old model that it surprised me. The new S3 as posted by other members is 265bhp 2.0T Quattro so is almost same power as 335d but in a lighter body.
I knew that that would have been quicker than my 335d, whereas I knew the old one was about 220 so thought it was dog food!

Insurance company have told me I must behave myself carlos otherwise the car will have to be sold, so no rolling 60 - 120 for now. 0-85 is about as much as im willing to risk.

That S3 must have been remapped big time!!!.....I don't think standard S3 can do anything to a 335d with dtc off and non rft.....
