I have a 335i xdrive sedan. I don't know if all the debris from Hurricane Sandy caused this, but I noticed yesterday my steering felt stiff. It would feel like its about to lock up when taking turns. There's no noise. My mechanic thinks its the U joint(s). Has anyone gotten this issue resolved under certified pre-owned warranty or is this considered wear and tear? Just wanted to get some feedback before scheduling an appointment.*
