Says who? I just had a window regulator and evap pump replaced under my CPO.
My guess is it would void the warranty on anything suspension related. (bushings, bearings, a-arms, anything aftermarket, and I'm sure they could make a case for steering)
Best bet would be to ask your dealer. Also bring up interior squeaks/rattles.
