I see no one has mentioned this in here, yet.
Check to see if you have carbon fouling on your intake paths, in particular your intake valves.
FYI: I consider this (carbon fouling) the bane of my existence. Usually not too much of a problem on stock N54/N55s, but if you're boosted, I think the problem gets magnified.
