I have a set of Used Brembo Front and Rear Brake Kits for a 2002-2005 BMW 745. They are used in good condition with 3000 miles of use on them. I paid over $6500 for them brand new.
I am selling them for $3000 for the complete set. My loss is your gain. You can make them work on an E46 or E46 M3 with new brake hats [not included] and adapters [not included]. Your looking at spending another 500-600 for the extra parts and you have a full Brembo brake system.
