Probably more like 7-10 k.. If you go to a BMW Authorized body shop and get it done right. There's probably damage to the trunk floor, it would have folded inward from the impact.

But like the others said, go to the best BMW body shop in town and get all new OEM parts because your insurance co. will try to short-change you by pointing to the fine print in your policy which says 'aftermarket parts of equivalent quality'. Get your body shop to play for you. They can usually demonstrate to the adjuster that the aftermarket parts don't fit properly like the OEM parts would..
