OP. I wont say its good or bad without knowing anything about that specific car.
Here is few things to think about... Most 335i's are rather doing fine. Ones that have any problems will let it be known, and nothing wrong with that. but perspective can be skewed towards problem side because of it.
I say mostly, a well taken cared of 335i that hasnt been driven the crap out of, and was used for daily purposes, will be a pretty reliable car.
I bought mine CPO 07 few years back. Zero issues. Did i get a particularly lucky car? i dont think so... the owner had it for a lease, who was a older couple that drove it normal, and so did i. How was it driven? that's the number one question.
335i can be reliable and mostly it is. but you wont hear from them. Find out as much info as you can on that car...
