I'd definitely recommend going out at Leesylvania or Gravelly Point. You're right the Belle Haven ramp really sucks, even for putting in a wave runner.

I'll have to post up some pics of the Rockfish my dad pulls in. He's got a commercial license now so he can pretty much catch as many as he wants.
