There is a cost involved in the BT kit as well and it is about 3X what I paid. Hey if does not work I'll return it, but $90-$200 for a set of bulbs is kind of crazy to me so it was worth a shot.

Not sure what you are talking about with BT kits... but when you talk about what your time is worth for install/uninstall... that $90 will look pretty cheap from BMS versus the ebay version which will last a couple months and then die.
