edit: I just saw pics of your car and saw that the plates were drilled onto the bumper. Well so was mine. What I ended up doing was buying those plastic screws (flat headed ones used for interior), these ones:
and used my touch up paint and painted and clear coated it. Thank goodness there were only 2 holes. I don't really notice it from afar. I don't know if you want to go that route but just an fyi.
