///M Flight Trip To Luxembourg American Military Cemetery And Memorial

///M Flight took a trip this weekend on 17 April 2010 to The Luxembourg American Military Cemetery And Memorial. Most of us met up at Pentagon Car Sales in Kaiserslautern Germany and then we convoyed to the site. About 12 ///M's went on the trip. From K Town, Stuttgart, Wiesbaden Germany and Belgium. 2 E60 M5's, 5 E92 M3's, 2 E90 M3's and 3 E46 M3's. We usually go visit tuners, go to car shows etc, but knew this would be a good trip. We had excellent weather, traffic was minimal, and members even had fun doing friendly runs/races on the Autobahns where there was no speed limit/restrictions! Since most of ///M Flight's members are active duty military and DOD civilians, or are prior military and all, thought it would be a good trip to pay respect to our fallen comrades. The Memorial in Luxembourg is a site to see, very well maintained and is an experience to see all of the headstones there and all of the military folks from back in 1944-1945 who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country... ///M Flight salutes all of these fallen military hereos!!! We were able to place a wreath of flowers on the headstone of General Patton!!!

Attached are pics from when we met up, at the Memorial and as we departed after the visit headed for Trier to have a late lunch...

I am not a professional photographer, so sorry about picture quality...
