Guys,
Don't forget to make sure you have your camera equipment tested/charged before the event.
I just bought a couple mounting devices - one for my iPhone for $10, and another more expensive mounting device for my digital camera. Both of these was much more cost effective than buying another Go Pro.
Will keep the Go Pro mounted on the outside of the car with the iPhone and digital camera on the inside.
