There is no mention of problems in that regard to 36.0. 36.1 and 37.0 are out and neither indicate a fix for any HD Radio problems. OTOH, it could be it crashed during update and they need to get an "enabling code" for HD Radio so they can get it back up again. You might try calling your SA with that idea or suggestion. I assume it worked, you got upgraded and then it did not work.
