I had a question about amps and the HiFi system which is along the lines of OPs concern. I too have the HiFi system and from what I have gathered is the signal for the HiFi system is "full ranged and unprocessed" does that mean I dont need sound processing unit like the MS-8 ? Is there a significant advantage of the MS-8 over the XD600/6 if you already have the HiFi system ?
