I am running 265/30 rears on OEM 19" and 12mm spacers with bmw performance suspension kit. It sits 5 - 6mm lower than regular M sport (front sits 12 - 13mm lower)
It used to rub on dips, very slight fender rolling took care of it. No rubbing at all at the moment.
