if you have shifting problems at high rpm i say check your clutch.
a clutch that donīt fully dissengage make for hard shifting.

perhapse as simple as change your break/clutchfluid (same container)
and blead your clutch at the slave cylinder.
That's what I thought initially, so I have already bled the clutch at the slave and it didn't make a difference. I'm going to check the input cylinder next, see if it's leaking. I'm going to buy a new slave if I don't see any obvious issues with the input cylinder
