I've found that mine tends to do it much worse after my local dealer has washed it. They must use shampoo and wax all in one.
A quick spray of the CARBAFLO seems to sort it for a couple of months. The most important thing that I have learnt is that it is not the rubber seal that is making the noise but the sticky up sort of felt bit at the top of the door. Might try Vaseline when my hideously expensive (with posting) CARBAFLO runs out
