at 800-900 idle the 330-335 is pulling thru some 45cfm of air. With the minimal fuel it uses you expect it can warm up all that air, and the engine?
The short answer is that is why cold idling is no good for your engine.
If I'm wrong I'll replace my central heating with a 316d engine..
