Just a quick note to speak of the great purchase experience I had dealing with Robert Clark of BMW of Murray in Salt Lake City, UT.

I was heavily involved test driving car after car of not only BMW's, but multiple other manufacturers too. Also, being an engineer and therefore a numbers guy I was very inquistive to everything involved from the car specs to the purchase arrangements. He was helpful in every aspect and patient to the Nth degree.

Another thing, he listened to what I had to say and remembered my concerns and worked to fit my personality with the right car for me. I was grateful to say the least that I was able to deal with someone like that for such a large financial transaction. I will be a reference for Robert at least if anyone would like to contact me.

I don't yet have experience with the service department or the dealership in general so I can't comment on them yet.
