To answer the initial question: if your access port is updated via the manager software then you don't need to load ANY maps onto it. The entire suite of maps is preloaded (but not shown) and when you plug the access port in, the correct set for your ECU unpacks.
That's how you managed to get the correct set of maps without doing anything.
