There is an abbreviation error in the above URL. It should be:
BMW University (PKoD)
Not that it is terribly helpful--assertions from the fellow above aside, the links for the 2009 3-series do not seem to work.
If anyone is able to successfully get this document, toss it up on hosting somewhere and post a link, please.
