If you're in the states like me.. you'll have to do it just the we all did it back in the day on our E46's..

Buy the Car
Buy The Kit Seperately from the dealer with the lowest quote (Usually Pacific BMW)

Now the tricky part is where it lies. The body shop. A good shop will make or break you.

If you're nit picky and want OEM quality, be prepared to pay around 400 per bumper or more for paint and install for some premium work. Other places can get it done for around 300-350. That was for the E46. Considering the E92 bumpers are twice the size and take up part of the hood and headlight covering, you're probably going to be lookking at a bigger paint cost because of the size. You'll spend under $2000 to get them painted and installed for the entire kit. Not to mention the Black Window trim is a pain in the ass to install.. so again like the E46. Have thee body shop paint it. There.. you just saved yourself 500 bucks at 20 hours of breaking your fingers by paying the bodyshop 200 bucks.
