The realistic cars you always wished you'd owned...
Inspired by da Carlos talking about an old Escort Cossie he wanted I started thinking about the cars, real cars not super dream cars, that I'd wished I'd owned and still would like to...
I'm not talking Lambo's and Ferrari's and the like - the really desirable but relatively ordinary cars you'd have loved to have owned and still could given enough cash and garage space.
In no particular order:
Triumph TR6 - Always loved the square looks.
Austin Healey 3000 - sex on wheels.
Escort RS2000 - how can you not?.
Triumph Dolomite Sprint - I dunno I always wanted one.
Mazda RX-7 - one day I'm gonna own me one of those wankels.
Mini Cooper S - no not one of the new ones you heathens, a proper one.
Corvette Stingray - say about '68 although a Dodge Charger has an appeal too.
I could go on but I dont want to name every car going! Come on, what old car would you like to own? (or have owned)
