With 265/35 most likely needs fender roll. 255/35/18 You might not need any fender rolling. It's rigth at the edge that it might rub or it doesn't.

Only rear. Front is fine without. You might need 3mm front spacer if you have coils, because inner clearance. To my understanding HR touring cup is shocks+ springs? With those you have about 3-4mm gap to shocks.

Yes that's my car with previous wheels and i used 235/40/18 front and rear without any kinda modifications and it never rubbed. Currently i have 18x9.5 et22 with 225/40/18 at front and 18x10.5 et15 with 255/35/18 rear

And the look would be about the same because the offsets arent that far off. Although I don't know the difference in drop between Eibach sportlines and HR touring cup.
It's not that simple because so many small things affect to that, but there is possibility that it will work without fender rolling. At least when you are driving alone. With full load it might be different story. Yes the 8.5 et20 and 9.5 et33 will extend exactly to same point. 9.5 will look better since it's more concave. With 9.5 et33 front you can use 235/40 tyre, but also kinda have to use 265/35/18 at rear, because the rolling diameter.

Here is 19x9.5 et33 and 19x10 et25. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...89&postcount=3
Your 9.5 et22 will retract 3mm compared to that 10 wide and your wheels are 18 inch. I think the HR is little bit lower than Eibach.
