Replaced everything with Koni Yellow. The car has 39k miles on it and is a 07' E92 335i. All of the shocks still compress well.
The rears include the lower shock mount all the way up to the upper upper shock mount (i replaced every component when changing the shocks out).
The fronts only have the actual shock (reused the guide support etc.)
May be a good cheap alternative to buying new OEM for higher mileage cars.
