I am guessing there are more of us lucky 2007 guys. Otherwise we would hear more complaints. Mine was built in June 2007 and I had no problems flashing.
- I have comfort access and put the key in the ignition just in case.
- I also have Bluetooth and moved my cell as far away as possible from the car to avoid any potential disruptions.
- Started the flash through an open window and came back after 20 mins.
These are just precautions that I took, that may have not helped in any way, but worth a try if you have those features.
