So after taking my car to the dealer and having them do the SAS Cal and clearing the faults my car is now fixed. It wasn't a $.02 fix for me but $120 is a lot better than $1300 to replace it. Oh and the BT tool can not do the Cal or clear steering angle plosibility faults I tried many times and it would not work and the dealership had no issues.
