91oct fuel is nasty. Getting a single turbo system capable of supporting 600-700whp and NOT running pwm meth is criminal. Without meth, you will probably be limited to 460-480whp on 91oct. Just a guess though as all of my dyno testing has been on 94oct (with or without meth).
And yes, the smaller turbo should easily be able to make 600whp. We'll confirm that soon enough with CupertinoSteve's 6AT car.
