Hey,"fresh"...I'd like to do the same kind of thing with my new XM portable unit that you did....hook the antenna cable up to the sharkfin antenna.The connection you show (3rd of the 5 photos) is in the trunk? And did you find that splitter-looking device in the trunk or did you buy it? I'm not completely helpless with electronics but am no expert either.Any thoughts/advice? TIA.
