You're still on valet mode. Your not revving past 1800rpm quickly enough. Or you aren't holding it there for the 1 second it needs to trigger the performance map. If you set it to 300rpm, you'll get your boost back.

thanks Shiv...didn't realize you have to hold it for 1 second over 1800rpm if thats what you have the valet set to. I was just blipping the throttle on start up.
