Thanks for the reply E92 Fan. Appreciated at this late hour.

Was looking at WAFIKS comments about repairing yourself. As the damage is only minor ( 3 inches long and not too deep)(sounds a bit rude) I was thinking about using an airbrush and a BMW repair kit.

I appreciate that its not as good as a full wheel off machine re-furb but I really have not got the time to go to Milton Keynes and have 2 wheels re-done.

I know I can do a good job for around £40 for both wheels and kind of fancy the challenge. Especially after spraying my chrome kidney surrounds gloss black.

Is this false economy do you think?
