Doesn't even begin to describe my feelings towards this car.

Housing gasket is leaking $1158.87
Transmission leak is $984.54

Anyone know where I can replace or get these things fixed for cheap?

As of right now, this is the first and last bmw I will buy.
There are a couple of independent shops around the Santa Clara/Campbell/West San Jose area, that is all I know. I can give you tips on brake jobs and other simple stuff. Tranny oil leak would be simple if it is just the pan gasket leaking (I plan to replace my pan soon), but if it is the main crank rear seal, that needs to go to a pro.
