You may just have a oil leak, and the oil only escapes to the ground while parking uphill. Your underside of your car has a pan which may be catching the oil as it leaks normally and spilling out when you park.
Suggested to add in a UV dye, uv flashlight, and glasses. Let it run and see where the leak is coming from.
