don't worry about the smoke.......... cant say I have yet noticed a problem at all.
I tootle about all week in the traffic & the school runs & I'm sure that all that build up of soot for the week must come flying out the exhausts when some max accelleration is dialed in but can't say I have ever noticed.
Best time to tell would be at night looking in the rear view when someone is behind you with their head lights on & you boot it. If you do see smoke I bet it wont last or be much at all.
Happens on my van. I can drive around @ 50 + 60 for hundereds of miles / weeks on end (around 2k revs) & every now and then I thrash it in 4th ( 70 ++
) to clear it & it smokes for about 5 seconds then thats it. I notice it in my van but not in my car.
