Couple of things:
My Vanguard droned. It didn't rasp.
Stock exhaust and downpipes rasp on my car. I kinda like it.
Vanguard will definitely not let you return it if you chop it up to modify it.
I know exactly what rasp is. And nothing is as bad as an e46 M3 lol.
