I was under the impression the front B8's (sports) use internal bump stops? And the rears come with new ones? Or am I wrong? The last set I bought for another BMW (e36 m3) were like this and the pics I've seen of e9x seem the same.

edit: note this is NOT true on Koni sports, they are not monotubes like the bilsteins so the Koni shaft in front is the same (or nearly) diameter as stock. Bilstein has the shock shaft & bump stop inside the hosuing at the bottom, and where the stock shaft used to be, that is actually the shock body so it is much larger in diameter.
