Don't ever expect anything FREE from SM BMW, avoid at all costs (pun intended). Wouldn't be surprised if they charged you labor for the 30 seconds it takes to pour in a bottle.
Technically topping off is not covered under the warranty, but it all depends on your relationship with your dealer and SA. Sometimes they will bend the rules a bit to keep a happy customer. I just keep a couple quarts in the garage to make it quick and easy.
