Not sure I'll get much of a reply on this but I figure I'd give it a shot just in case anyone has some good info.

Does anyone know of a decent software company in the Tampa area? Tampa, Brandon, Clearwater, St. Pete ... anything within an hour drive from Tampa is fine. A company with a decent size, good history, decent benefits (the usual health/dental, 401K, tuition reimbursement, minimum 2 weeks vac. - holidays would be nice too, some companies have floating holidays or extra days during the year).

I'm planning to look for a new job at the end of the year. I'm interested in pursuing experience with .NET technologies, preferably C# over VB.NET, along with WinForms or the web-based side of things with ASP.NET and databases. I'd probably rank myself as "intermediate" in terms of my abilities.

I'm not interested in contract work; I prefer fulltime employment. Although in all honesty contracting sounds like a great way to get exposed to various projects and build my skills up quickly, I'm just not fond of having potential gaps in employment and worrying about my next job being lined up before my contract expires... also contracts usually have no health insurance and lower benefits although the pay is higher to compensate.

I have a BS in Comp. Eng. / Comp. Sci. and currently pursuing my MS in Comp. Sci.
