Not trying to argue about it. =) Just letting you know what just about any member on the board with a tune will tell you. Taking it in for warranty work, it's better to be on the safe side and remove the tune.
If they see it, or their system detects it (and ISTA is actually quite a sophisticated piece of software) your flagged in the dealer's system and could run into warranty problems later down the road.
Will they go poking in the ECU box? Most likely not.
