I was parked downtown, across from a police officer, during a festival. The police officer was in place to allow access to the festival site to vendors. I came back to my car, and as I drove off I heard a clicking noise. When I stopped, 4 of my 5 lug nuts on my back rear tire were loose. The only thing that saved my wheels was the wheel lock. Since my insurance has a deductible, I prefer the wheel locks. (Still can't figure out what the policeman was doing while they were trying to steal my wheels though.)
